October 25, 2025 9:30am

Join us for a morning or discovery and learning with our Mental Health & Motherhood workshop with licensed therapists Abby and Julie.

Julie is a nature-informed therapist who brings creativity and the outdoors to support kids through life transitions. Abby is a perinatal sex therapist who works with moms and couples in the thick of parenthood. They take a holistic approach, looking at the whole family system to better support the individuals within it. Through the workshop, they hope to provide a space for moms to connect, ask questions, and explore real-life topics that come with parenthood and childhood alike. They will share the major pressure points we see every day as therapists for moms and kids while also leaving the floor open to real-life conversations and questions. From “is my anger ruining my kid” to “why is sex with my partner suddenly so stressful?” Their hope is to make raising families feel less stressful and more enjoyable!

We will meet at Diane's House and enjoy coffee and engage in this meaningful workshop together. RSVP in the app for the address.
