Join us the second Thursday of every month for Stroller Strides @ 9:30am at Butterfly Coffee! Come for the workout, then stay and play after with coffee, snacks, and an amazing playground for the kids.

Stroller Strides is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller! You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter your stage of motherhood.

Bring your little ones or come by yourself - moms of all ages and stages are welcome. Little ones under 5 must be in a stroller or baby carrier throughout class - we keep them entertained!

Your first class is always free, so join us for some cardio, strength, mama community, and of course coffee!

This month, we’re creating ornaments during our play dates focused on shapes and colors — one to take home and one to hang on our community FIT4MOM tree for the Castle Hills Trail of Lights at the Commons of Castle Hills!

We’ll come together on November 21 for class at The Commons and then to decorate our tree as a village for it to shine bright all December long for the community to enjoy at this wonderful park!
