RUN CLUB+ is all about meeting you where you are as a runner. Whether you're just starting out in your run journey, crushing your very first race, getting back into it after baby, or looking to hit a new PR . . . our 8-week run training program is perfect for any Mama looking to level up her run training.
Our Run Club+ is open to all levels of runners, from beginner to advanced. No running experience required! Whether you want to learn how to run, improve your mile time, train for a race, or simply run for fun, we have options for you! And a bonus - You'll meet new running buddies as you improve your health and fitness led by a certified FIT4MOM Run Coach.

Part of our Spring 2026 8-Week Session will include workshops with local experts designed to support your journey through motherhood and in your everyday life. Connect with local experts, including mental health therapists, nutritionists, goal setting coach, and more.
Each session will offer practical tips, trusted guidance, and the chance to ask your questions in a supportive, mom-focused community. Learn, connect, and feel empowered as you navigate motherhood.
WHO IS RUN CLUB+ FOR?
NEW RUNNERS who want to improve both their mental and physical health. Start with walk/jog intervals and build yourself up to longer runs.
Mamas RETURNING TO RUNNING postpartum. We know how hard it is to get your running groove back post baby. Hit personal record times with custom plans and the support of moms who have been there.
SEASONED runners who are looking for accountability and company on long runs as well as those shooting for new personal bests.
