Body Well® is a results-based fitness program where you will reach your full physical potential and experience a personal transformation, by empowering you to grow past what you thought was possible. This 8-week mom-only program includes 2 weekly Body Boost workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
This transformational program is customized for you by setting your goals, tracking your habits, and working with your coach. Find the extra motivation you need in this small group setting within FIT4MOM’s motherhood sisterhood.
During the 8-weeks, you will have the opportunity to learn from various experts in the areas of health and wellness through weekly webinars and workshops designed to help you build and create sustainable healthy habits in all areas of your life.
This program is design for moms looking to get back into a routine as well as those ready for the next step in their health and wellness. Whether you have worked out for years, are just getting back into working out, or are new to fitness, Body Well is the perfect place to start!

Well Mama Workshop Sessions
Part of our 8-Week Session will include workshops with local experts designed to support your journey through motherhood and in your everyday life. Connect with local experts, including mental health therapists, nutritionists, goal setting coach, and more.
Each session will offer practical tips, trusted guidance, and the chance to ask your questions in a supportive, mom-focused community. Learn, connect, and feel empowered as you navigate motherhood.
