Body Well® is a results-based fitness program where you will reach your full physical potential and experience a personal transformation, by empowering you to grow past what you thought was possible. This 8-week mom-only program includes 2 weekly Body Boost workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This transformational program is customized for you by setting your goals, tracking your habits, and working with your coach. Find the extra motivation you need in this small group setting within FIT4MOM’s motherhood sisterhood.
This program is design for moms looking to get back into a routine as well as those ready for the next step in their health and wellness. Whether you have worked out for years, are just getting back into working out, or are new to fitness, Body Well is the perfect place to start!
Our Body Well session is about the journey - 8 weeks just for you, one day at a time - that will encourage and challenge you! Beyond the workout portion, you will gain access to resources that will teach you how to manage stress, sleep better, and nourish your body to fit the demands that mom-life brings.
