Melina is originally from Los Angeles, CA where she met her husband in High School. In 2021, they moved to San Antonio and have loved it, even the summers. She joined Fit4Mom when Dora, her daughter, was 8 months old back in CA after a family member joined and encouraged her to try it. She loved the connection made while working out with other moms, and hadn't realized that she needed these friendships until joining Fit4Mom. Every time they've moved, she has joined a franchise right away knowing she needed it for her physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Melina became an instructor when her family moved to San Antonio and has enjoyed every minute of it.
