Membership Holds and Cancellations

CANCELLATIONS

Email dianekirksey@fit4mom.com to change the status of your membership. All requests need to be received in writing 15 business days before the next payment is due. Once payment processes there are no refunds.

There is a $50 early-termination fee for memberships with a commitment period.

Access to FIT4MOM On Demand will be revoked upon membership cancellation.

HOLDS

Memberships can be placed on hold for the maximum of 4 months.

Holds can start any day of your billing cycle. Our system auto-prorates your membership upon release of your hold so no paid membership is lost. There are no refunds on dues once payment has been paid. To avoid payment, all requests need to be received in writing 15 business days before the next payment is due.

You can return from your hold on any day of the month. You need to email Diane Kirksey, dianekirksey@fit4mom.com, at least 24 hrs prior to your return.
