Strength in Motherhood

Stroller Strides® gives moms a total-body conditioning workout while the kids are entertained with songs, activities and fun! Classes include power walking/jogging and intervals of strength utilizing resistance bands and loops, your stroller, and the environment. Taught by certified fitness instructors with specialty training in the pre and post natal woman, it is a great workout for all moms, no matter the level of exercise experience.

Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to engage and entertain baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as Mom. Not only does mom get a great workout, but the kids also benefit from engaging activities - it is a one stop shop for a fun mommy-and-me activity!

All kids under the age of 5 must be buckled into a stroller, wagon, or baby carrier throughout class. Kids age 5 and up are allowed to walk with mom station to station and sit by her/the stroller throughout the station. This is for the safety of the moms and the kids!
