Have you dreamed about completing a 5k, 10k, or half marathon but don’t know how to get started? Looking to get extra cardio into your weekly fitness routine? What about improving your race time? If you answered yes to any or all of these questions, then the FIT4MOM Run Club+ is for YOU!

Our Run Club+ is open to all levels of runners, from beginner to advanced. No running experience required! Whether you want to learn how to run, improve your mile time, train for a race, or simply run for fun, we have options for you! And a bonus - You'll meet new running buddies as you improve your health and fitness.

Join us for our summer Run Club+ session training for the SARR Labor Day Whine Run.

This 8-week training program is a great way to lead into fall training and enjoy summer training leading up to a fun race day on the Leon Creek Greenway starting and finishing at Tuscany Venue. Running and walking at all levels is welcome and encouraged!

Training plans for: 5K and 5-Miler Races

OCTOBER 12-DECEMBER 5

Join us for our fall Run Club+ session training for the SATX Marathon Weekend and Gingerbread Lane 5k/10k! Both races are held the weekend of December 6-7!

This 8-week training program is a great way to end your year, enjoy fall training runs and leads the FIRST EVER SATX Marathon Weekend through amazing routes through the city. We are so excited to take on this inaugural run! Running and walking at all levels is welcome and encouraged!

Training plans for: 5K and Half Marathon Races, for runners of all levels

Want to do a 10K instead? We will have a team of mamas training for the Gingerbread Lane 10K at the. amazing McAllister Park. This festive race will both be FUN and a challenge, the perfect recipe to set those fall goals for!

If we get 15+ moms registered, we will order matching race day hats for the whole team! Invite your friends, lace up those shoes, and let's train together!
