Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Consider these the ultimate Mommy & Me class! Each 60-minute, total body workout incorporates power walking, strength, toning, songs and activities. Certified fitness instructors offer a variety of fun class formats both indoors and outdoors. And we always offer a fun play group for the kids following class! As a member you are also invited to our Mom's Night Out events, our book club, family events, and more!more
Fit4Baby® is a prenatal fitness program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. Regular activity such as Fit4Baby® classes can help to reduce many maternal aches and pains, increase energy during pregnancy and may speed the labor, delivery and recovery process. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), exercise is just as important during pregnancy as any other time of life.
Body Back Transformation is a results-based program designed to help you meet your individual goals. It starts with 2 workouts per week that feature a high-intensity, interval format for maximum impact. In addition, you will receive individualized coaching, nutrition tips & resources, digital workouts, and a Mom Village ready to cheer you on and hold you accountable!

Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and
stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle
tone and improve posture. Created by a mom who was formerly a
professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal
training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. And with fun play group activities included, these are the ultimate Mommy & Me classes!
Do you ever dream of making it through the finish line, but don't know how to get started? Are you looking to meet other women and find some running buddies? Do you need help staying motivated to run? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then our Running Club is for YOU!!!
This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert, and is open to ANYONE, not just FIT4MOM members. You will learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and choosing the right shoe. This is one of the only training programs to allow strollers.
We will kick off race training on April 22 for our summer race, the MidSummer Night's Dream Women's 5K, and we'd love for you to join us!
We will only cancel for extreme weather, a weather cover is recommended.
