Strides 360

Strides 360 is an intense cardio program designed for moms with or without a stroller. Strides 360 provides:

-An endurance-based, total body workout
-Drills that focus on speed, agility, and quickness
-Movements that incorporate ladders, cones, hurdles, jump ropes and the environment
-Body weight conditioning
-An outdoor, stroller-friendly workout focused on mom
