Do you ever dream of making it through the finish line, but don't know how to get started? Are you looking to meet other women and find some running buddies? Do you need help staying motivated to run? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then our Running Club is for YOU!!!
This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert, and is open to ANYONE, not just FIT4MOM members. You will learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and choosing the right shoe. This is one of the only training programs to allow strollers.
We will kick off race training on April 22 for our summer race, the MidSummer Night's Dream Women's 5K, and we'd love for you to join us!
We will only cancel for extreme weather, a weather cover is recommended
