Body Back Workout

Experience High Intensity-Interval Training (HIIT) total-body workouts that challenge even the elite athlete. Our safe and effective workouts address the body of the postnatal woman, whether she had her baby 6 months ago or 20 years ago. Body Back Workout classes are included with the All Access Membership and our 10-Class Pass, or may be purchased individually.
