Body Back Transformation
Body Back Transformation is a results-based program designed to help you meet your individual goals. It starts with 2 workouts per week that feature a high-intensity, interval format for maximum impact. In addition, you will receive individualized coaching, nutrition tips & resources, digital workouts, and a Mom Village ready to cheer you on and hold you accountable!

Mondays & Wednesdays, 5:15 am at Pinnacle Wellness
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9:30 am at Barshop Jewish Community Center (see their website for schedule & pricing details)
