Body Well® is a results-based fitness program where you will reach your full physical potential and experience a personal transformation, by empowering you to grow past what you thought was possible. This 8-week mom-only program includes 2 weekly Body Boost workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This transformational program is customized for you by setting your goals, tracking your habits, and working with your coach. Body Boost® is a 60-minute, results-based workout designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect to your inner strength. Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family.
