Body Back Transformation is an 8-week, results-based program designed to help you meet your individual goals. It starts with 2 workouts per week that feature a high-intensity, interval format for maximum impact. In addition, you will receive individualized coaching, nutrition tips & resources, digital workouts, and a Mom Village ready to cheer you on and hold you accountable!
Choose from 2 Body Back sessions starting in June:
Walker Ranch Park - Mondays and Thursdays at 6:30 am (June 18 - Aug 16)
Barshop JCC - Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30am (check their website for pricing) (June 12 - Aug 9)
