12-week Run Club Training Program

Are you ready to conquer the San Antonio Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon, 5K or 10K? Whether you're a beginner or looking to get back to top form, our Run Club 12-week Training Program is for you! In the company of like-minded moms, you'll find the coaching, friendship and support you need to reach your running goals.

During the 12-week training program we will complete longer training runs on Sunday mornings and you'll have the opportunity to also attend technical training runs on Tuesday evenings. The program runs from September 10 through the day of the race, December 3.

This stroller-friendly program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert, and is open to ANYONE, not just FIT4MOM members. You will learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and choosing the right shoe. This is one of the only training programs to allow strollers.

We will only cancel for extreme weather; a weather cover for your stroller is recommended.
